Reducer Design

Determine the transmission ratio and load: Calculate the transmission ratio based on the input speed (e.g., motor 2985 r/min) and target output speed. The gear strength must be checked in conjunction with the load torque (e.g., moment of inertia 16.9-24.2 kg·m²).

Gear parameter design: Module recommended is 0.5-3 mm (small to medium power), pressure angle 20°, helix angle 8°-15° to reduce noise (reference value below 109 dB).

Enclosure and Heat Dissipation: Lightweight aluminum alloy enclosure (reference weight below 2920kg), requiring pre-installed heat dissipation fins or forced air cooling (e.g., 500W axial fan for auxiliary heat dissipation).

Application Scenarios: Suitable for industrial machinery, wind power equipment, etc., requiring attention to vibration control (≤2.8mm/s) and efficiency optimization (above 94%). We currently have these products in stock. Our axial fans offer advantages such as high efficiency and energy saving (up to 95.5%), low vibration (2.8mm/s), and a wide power range (2200W~500W).
