Structure of a Fan Motor

Jan 06, 2026

A fan motor is a device used in fan equipment to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, belonging to the category of machine equipment.

A fan motor mainly consists of two parts: a stator winding and a rotor. Its working principle is based on the physical phenomenon of a current-carrying coil rotating in a magnetic field. Through electromagnetic action, the rotor is driven to rotate, thereby converting electrical energy into mechanical energy output.

It mainly consists of an electromagnet winding or distributed stator winding to generate a magnetic field and a rotating armature or rotor. The electric motor is made using the phenomenon of a current-carrying coil rotating in a magnetic field.
